Nina is an experienced Chef & Caterer who often travels throughout Texas in pursuit of her passion for community, food, & business. Nina has a Bachelor's of Science and is currently in the process of obtaining her Master's degree. Although she has never attended culinary school, Nina stumbled upon her passion while filling in for a prep position at Mi Cocina - Fort Worth. She then took her skills to Jon Bonnell's Waters - 7th street before being offered a position with Stephan Pyle’s at Stampede 66 in Dallas, TX. In Dallas, she has trained with incredible chefs and learned an exponential amount of skill while entering the catering world with numerous companies. She would often freelance her talents and built her reputation as a "jovial & hard working chef." After a few years in Dallas, her hometown reeled her back in as she took over the executive management position at Donatella Trotti's, Nonna Tata, on Magnolia Ave. She has worked through numerous kitchens, perfecting and learning culinary trends, while studying the art of cooking & catering. After two years of simultaneously managing Nonna Tata and learning the trades of catering, she decided to open her own company, Spiced Lavender Catering. Not only does she offer personal chef & catering options but her company also integrates interactive cooking. No matter how big her crowd, she prides herself in being able to cook or integrate fresh ingredients in front of each guest. She also takes the time to customize each client's menu, first connecting with the client and then providing suggestions based off of their favorite every day meals. Spiced Lavender Catering offers styles such as buffet, a la carte, and anything you can cook up in your mind. Here, you will find flavors that dance on your palette from Indian inspired dishes such as chicken tikka masala to more American classics of fried chicken, Cajun mac & cheese, seared fish, & more.
Robbie Sagoo is a Chef & Beverage Specialist who is in love with the art of cooking, drinking premium beverages, and traveling. Spiced Lavender’s complimentary beverage bar comes from the hands of this man and the love he infuses with each drink will leave you wondering how he made it. Robbie’s signature drinks for Spiced Lavender Catering are Cherry Lime Hibiscus, flavored lemonade, & fruit infused H2O. His inspiration came from a trip to a Caribbean restaurant where he found a beverage named Sorrel. Sorrel was infused with many spices and all natural hibiscus leaves. After the restaurant shut down Robbie had a hard time finding a similar beverage, and after years of experimenting with his own version, he finally created his own signature drink. Spiced Lavender Catering’s sister company, Purple Hibiscus, was born and from there Robbie began to specialize in his organic and unique beverage flavors. He now sells his Cherry Lime Hibiscus all over the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and will soon have it in selected markets.

I am very impressed with Spiced Lavender ! They exceeded my expectations and we're so very accommodating. The delivery was on time and so kind! The cake is something else in itself. Not only was the service amazing the cheesecake was phenomenal! I can't wait for the next holiday or big event. Y'all are amazing!
