  • FIRST WE CONNECT..

    This happens once we get your initial contact via our website, phone call, text, etc. so we can reach out to begin the process of understanding your event, target your menu preferences, style of service, and any dietary restrictions guest(s) may have.

  • THEN WE TANGO...

    Once initial contact is made we provide a quote or menu samples within a few business days to understand and execute our client(s) vision. Once our client(s) approve of a menu a tasting may be scheduled and our team goes through any additional items needed such as rentals, bartenders, staffing, etc.

  • NOW, WE EAT!

    Once our first two sets are complete, a deposit is made to secure client(s) event date. A contract is set out to the client(s) and event details are finalized. An itinerary and checklist are sent to the client(s) to ensure everyone is on the same page & ready to celebrate! If you have made it here, welcome to the Spiced Lavender family!

What CITIES DO YOU CATER TO?

what are your covid protocols?

We are actively working with our client(s) to ensure delivery and event caterings are safe and as germ free as possible. We request our client(s) to politely remind their guest(s) to be sanitary by frequently washing their hands and using hand sanitizer, alongside with coughing or sneezing into the fold of their arms.

 Here are things Spiced Lavender Catering LLC., has implemented in compliance to combating the spread of COVID 19:

 •         Prepare our meals in an insured & licensed commercial kitchen

•         Ensure our staff and team are safely trained and contain a food handler’s license

•         Require usage of gloves when preparing and serving meals

•         Mandatory hand washing in between breaks and/or exit of kitchen area

•         Extra precaution while shopping and transporting groceries

•         Offering no contact delivery options

•         Wearing masks during service or delivery of food

do you provide alcohol for events?

We do not provide any alcoholic beverages for our events. We may arrange a bartender for your event (available upon request).

what are your tasting fees & how can we schedule one?

You may schedule a tasting by clicking on our scheduling tab above and pre-booking your tasting according to your schedule. . All tastings are priced at $300 and is dependent upon the availability of the caterer and client. This fee includes travel, production costs, service, cleanup of tasting materials, a thirty minute one on one consultation after tasting, four serving portions, four disposal plates, four disposal forks, four disposal knives, and napkins.

Do you have rentals you can provide for my event?

Normally, we do not provide rentals but will assist you with a reliable rental company. Payments and arrangements must be made directly with the rental company.

How do We reserve our date?

Once a quote is sent and accepted by the client, a deposit will be discussed between the client and caterer to ensure that your date is secure.

WHAT KIND OF PLASTIC DINNERWARE DO YOU OFFER?

We offer high end plastic dinnerware with a white middle and a gold, rose gold, or silver edge. We also have multiple options that come in faux food grains, black, and clear plastic. Please don’t hesitate to ask if for our availability on high end custom plates.
